There will always be a new day!
Yes, the Real Estate market is adjusting itself
after a bursting of a bubble.
Thousands of people are struggling. Foreclosures
are at a record high. Big corporations are
losing money. Many others are losing their jobs,
in the U.S., but also in Europe and Latin
America. The two emerging giants, China and
India are also feeling the heat. Everywhere
governments and financial institutions are
implementing measures to alleviate the
situation. Remember, everything started with one
idea: to provide credit to almost anybody as
long as they were breathing. The economy needed
that, they convinced us of, without advising
anybody of the hang over we will suffer after
the crazy party. Bad policies, excessive greet
(if there is such a thing), you pick one.
Yes, the world economy is experiencing a
slowdown. Authorities are working to find
solution (so they say), the markets themselves
change everyday, looking for that path which
will guide us to the right track of prosperity
again, thus we can live happily ever after.. the
next crisis.
Everybody make predictions. We don't have one.
What we have instead is a proposition to take
action.
We
call it "the eloquent proposition". it refers to
an audacious yet simple business model, one
Florida company has implemented, in order to be
able to supply mortgages to their customers.
They were creative enough to forge alliances
with banks from other latitudes that see
opportunities in the U.S. and that are capable
of giving credit to U.S. customers. It has been
one of the NEW YORK REAL ESTATE SHOW most
prominent contributions to the global Real
Estate market. It started with the simple
concept of getting banks from a given country to
offer mortgages to their immigrants living in
the U.S., and it is now further enhanced, by
getting "credit mobility", meaning, banks with
good liquidity, avid to invest their capitals
well, to do so, in a moderate, yet flexible way,
by giving mortgages to customers from other
markets. Do you have one idea to reinforce this
notion? Bring it to our exhibition!
That is our proposition. If you have properties
to sell, but do not get customers, mainly
because of the credit crunch, NYRES is one heck
of a possibility. You can and will interact with
investors from all over the world and banks that
will either help you financing your customers or
invest in new developments. You are a buyer
but have no credit: you may be subject to credit
at one of the banks present at the show.
